We are pleased to announce that a secure FTP site has been established for this book series.  Contributing Authors who wish to upload files for review may request the URL and a User ID and Password.

Authors may upload draft manuscripts for review, as well as final manuscripts for production by using this FTP site.  This will eliminate the need to mail CDs or to email large files.

The editor is currently inviting authors to submit updated chapters for the fourth edition.  It is expected to be released in mid 2012.
